I had the older version of camera plus and felt it was far more user friendly. My iphone 6s seems to have trouble focusing on images, and the camera quality is surprisingly subpar - so certain features on the older version of camera plus worked better for my phone. As far as this updated version goes, my biggest gripe is that the thumbnail shot which would display at the bottom left of the screen after taking a picture is now gone. So I have to actually open the photos/press the lightbox button to see whether the picture is clear and focused, then retake it if it isnt and repeat the process. That just doesnt make sense. A whole 10 seconds is wasted because theres no convenient thumbnail on the screen showing the most recent picture taken. It means if youre trying to take a picture of a moving object, youre out of luck, because by the time the lightbox has been opened and then switched to the camera for a retake, the object is gone!
Updated review**
So after using it I discovered something else. If I take a picture with camera plus, but try to edit it with the regular camera (I prefer the interface and edits), the picture saves as a black space.
Yup.
This is literally sucking away my love of photography.
